This has resulted in the birth of Training Centers in Jakarta, Indonesia, which are wholly owned by Rejoice Employment, so as to meet these markets' high requirements. All of them fully comply with the Ministry of Manpower's (MOM) regulations.

The establishment of these Indonesian training centres has provided Rejoice Employment with an advantage over their competitors as they administer the entire process – from the selection of FDWs to the job deployments. None of the processes are outsourced, which in turn allows the company to uphold its high standards & commitment. Thus, strict quality control is maintained throughout the various stages of FDW selection, interviewing & training, where the FDWs undergo a regimented training program to ensure that they are fully ready for work deployment.

The training program requires all the FDWs to learn how to handle household chores, electric equipments, food preparation, infants/toddlers/children, the elderly and pets, among others. Furthermore, professionals have also been enlisted to teach the FDWs proper English.

In order to achieve higher standards of service, Rejoice Employment also offers customers the opportunity to interview with FDWs live via web-cam during the selection process so as to enhance their confidence & the chance of success. Our Customer Service Officers are also equipped with the experience and willingness to help both the customers and FDWs in any circumstance, should any problems arise later.
